Wine

Crafted in the rolling hills near Chieri, just outside Turin, our wines are born from historic vineyards where vines over 40 years old thrive at 300 meters above sea level on calcareous soils. Cultivated with Guyot and double Guyot pruning, these vineyards primarily host Freisa and Barbera grapes, which we transform into a vibrant range of wines—including a fresh rosé, a sparkling rosé, a classic red, and a superior red. Produced in collaboration with Cascina di Maggio and vinified in their historic cantina, our wines are made using only traditional methods: spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, no additives, and only minimal sulfur for stabilization. The result is an authentic expression of Piemonte’s heritage—organic, natural wines that honor the land, the vines, and time-honored practices.
